The Beatles London Taxi – Lady Madonna
<p>Released on the 15th March 1968, ‘Lady Madonna’ featured as the A-Side of the band’s first single of the year. Reportedly inspired by images taken of nursing mothers in Vietnam, the single came during the height of the Vietnam War, and chronicled a week in the life of a Mother.</p>
