Revell 1:144 Concorde – British Airways The Anglo-French super-sonic airliner is one of the most spectacular aircraft dvelopments of the last few decades. The first flght of the British Aircaft Corporation and Aerospatiale joint production was on 2nd March 1969. Passenger flights started operating at the beginning of 1976 (transatlantic and middle-east routes). The Concorde has four Olympus 593 engines (17.000 kp thrust each) and achieved a maximum crusing speed of mach 2,04. Range: 6.580 km, passenger capacity 128-144. Age:10+ Number of parts:67 Length:433 mm Wingspan:175 mm Kit features: Highly detailed 1/144th scale plastic model aircraft kit for static display 50 parts in white and clear with fine recessed panel lines Engine nacelles with detailed fan fronts and exhaust nozzles Detailed wheel wells and landing gear Clear windshield with optional position nose – in take-off and landing configuration, the Concorde’s nose droops to allow the pilots better visibility out of the cockpit. In this kit, the passenger cabin windows are depicted by shallow recesses in the fuselage sides. This feature will allow the windows to be easily picked out with a fine black marker or paint brush. There is no cockpit or cabin detail.  Decal Options and Colour Schemes: This kit includes a single Revell “SuperDecal” sheet with markingsfor one aircraft of British Airways and one of Air France. This is a Skill Level 3 kit This is a plastic model kit that needs to be assembled and painted to complete. Glue and paint are not included and must be obtained separately. Suitable for Beginners to glue-kits. Rated for ages 10 and up. Deluxe Materials Plastic Magic Cement 40ml (AD83) Plastic Magic Cement is a thin, liquid plastic cement with a 10-15 sec adjustment time & non-clog action. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, has minimal odour and almost zero emissions when compared to competitors.
