Roden 1/35 Scale KrAZ-214B Plastic Model Kit The KrAZ-214 is a Soviet (Ukrainian) military truck. The first copies of this car appeared in the mid-1950s. Serial production continued in the years 1956-1967. The drive is provided by a single diesel engine JaAZ-206 with a power of 2 05 hp. KrAZ-214 was developed primarily for the needs of the Soviet Army, as one of its basic trucks for transporting people and cargo weighing up to 7 tons. Originally, the production was carried out at the YaMZ plants, but in 1959 it was transferred to the KrAZ plants based in Kremenchuk in what is now Ukraine. The KrAZ-214 truck was characterized by all-wheel drive and good mobility even in difficult terrain. Several development versions were created in the course of production, including: KrAZ-222 (tipper truck) or E-305V (military excavator on KrAZ-214 chassis).   Please note: paints and glue are required to complete this kit.
